1.1. Campers shall arrive in camp on Sunday 10th August, 2014 before 18:00hrs in readiness for the openning service. Please travel during the day and use appropriate and separate carriers for campers and their cargo/laggage.
1.2. Campers shall be punctual for devotions, lessons and sermons. Times for resting/sleeping shall strictly be adhered to. Sleeping during devotions or lessons and sermons is prohibited.
1.3. Times for drawing water is as follows:- Monday to Thursday-06:00hrsto 07:30hrs (morning), 12:00hrs to 13:30hrs (afternoon) and 16:30hrs to 18:00hrs (afternoon)
2. DRESS CODE:- Modesty in dressing, Godliness in outlook is encouraged among all Campers. Singing groups put on uniforms when on duty and observe time/punctuality.
3. DISCIPLINE:-Campers are bidden to maitain maximum self discipline, loitering and straying outside of the camp meeting and the perimeter thereof is strictly forbidden. Quarrelling and confrontational talks/encounters are prohibited whatsoever.
4. CLEANILINESS AND TIDENESS:- Campers shall maintain general cleaniliness and tideness around both their enclosures and Chapel of worship. All garbage to be disposed of in approved plastic bags and thereafter dumped into designated rubbish collection points.
5.SECURITY:-Campers to exercise maximum security and prudence to avoid thefts of personnal items and influx of un approved literature/publications into camp.
6. HYGIEN:- Public toilets are to be kept clean and in maximum hygienic conditions to avoid diseases and spread thereof. All campers to adhere to the prescribed cleaning schedules. Ablution blocks to be used as prescribed, ie Men's or Women's.
7. HOUSE KEEPING:-
Cutting of trees, collection of firewood, removal of grass or any other combustible materials is forbidden
Removal of flammable materials from cooking points is forbidden. Put off/out fires during lessons or sermons. (this is a measure to avoid burning of the enclosures)
All cookery to be completed on Friday at Sunset. On Sabbath no fires, cooking or drawing of water shall be permited.
All announcements shall be channelled through the authorised persons at all times. NB in order for us to Worship our God in truth and in Spirit during campmeeting, maximum adherence is urged among all campers.
